Originally from New York, Maria brings a sharp operational mindset and a client-first approach shaped by over two decades of experience in property management and operations, dating back to 2002.

 

Often described as the heart of the office, Maria is known for keeping clients informed, details organized, and closings running smoothly from start to finish. Her ability to communicate clearly—combined with fluency in multiple languages—allows her to guide a diverse range of clients with confidence and care.

 

Maria relocated to South Carolina nine years ago and has since built deep roots in the community. She holds a degree in Management and International Business and leverages her operational expertise to anticipate challenges, solve problems efficiently, and ensure a seamless transaction experience.

 

Outside of real estate, Maria is a proud mom of twin adult children. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Gino, their two rescue dogs, and taking her motorcycle out for weekend rides—embracing both adventure and balance in life.
